To access the full range of bna880 services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and available to eligible individuals. The following eligibility requirements apply to all prospective Users.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the bna880 Platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. bna880 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Where bna880 has reasonable grounds to believe a User is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds will be withheld pending identity verification. Where underage gambling is confirmed, any funds deposited will be returned and any winnings forfeited.

One Account Per Person: Each natural person may hold only one registered bna880 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms. bna880 uses automated and manual fraud-detection systems to identify and act upon multi-accounting. All accounts involved will be suspended and balances forfeited.

Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. You must not share your username or password with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account. bna880 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have notified us in writing of a security breach. KYC Verification: bna880 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper deposit limit enforced by bna880 at the platform level, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank card (Visa / Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes depending on your issuing bank's processing times. bna880 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by bna880 within the same business day for verified accounts where no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. bna880 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

Currency and Exchange: All transactions are conducted exclusively in BDT. bna880 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. If your payment provider converts currency on your behalf, any exchange rate differences or fees are your sole responsibility.

Refused and Reversed Transactions: bna880 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity. Affected funds will be held pending investigation. Users will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final action is taken.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bna880 may apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Reactivating your account by logging in will immediately cease the dormancy fee schedule.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out in the relevant promotion page and to the general provisions contained in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over this section.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register a verified bna880 account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus as advertised at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per household, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through new accounts constitutes multi-accounting and will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date they are credited to your account. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at the point of expiry will be automatically removed from your account without notice. The 30-day clock begins at the moment the bonus is credited, not at the moment you first wager.

Maximum Bonus Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum stake per spin or per bet is ৳500 unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being removed, regardless of whether the excess bet itself was the winning event.

Promotional Abuse: bna880 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals where it identifies patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of wagering contribution differences, collusion between accounts, and use of automated betting software. Seasonal and Event Promotions: bna880 periodically offers enhanced promotions timed to Bangladesh's cultural and sporting calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Victory Day. These promotions are communicated via the platform's promotions page and are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general bonus conditions.

Following review, bna880 will make a final determination on account closure and any balance disposition. Decisions made following a thorough investigation are final.
